This page covers the website thesleepyinnkeeper.pages.dev and the private publishing tools ("Sleepy Innkeeper Uploader" for YouTube and "The Sleepy Innkeeper Scheduler" for Pinterest) used by the owner of the YouTube channel The Sleepy Innkeeper to publish videos to that channel. It is not distributed to, and cannot be used by, anyone else.
The website is static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising, and collects no personal data. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube; YouTube's own privacy policy applies to those requests.
With the channel owner's authorisation (Google OAuth, scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube) the YouTube tool uploads videos, sets their thumbnails and adds them to the owner's own playlists through the YouTube Data API. The Pinterest tool creates Pins on the owner's own boards through the Pinterest API (scopes: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write, user_accounts:read). It does not read, collect or process any information about other users, channels, videos or comments.
The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted on the owner's own computer. The only API data kept is the ID of each uploaded video, written to a local publishing log. Nothing is stored on a server, shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising or analytics.
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account "Third-party apps & services" page; the tool then stops working until re-authorised.
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the channel owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and its use of YouTube API data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The tool only writes the owner's own videos, thumbnails and playlist entries; it does not collect, store or process any YouTube data about other people.
Stored authorised user data consists solely of the owner's own OAuth token, kept encrypted on the owner's computer. Deleting it (or revoking access from the Google Account "Third-party apps & services" page at myaccount.google.com/permissions) removes all stored authorised data immediately. The local publishing log keeps only the IDs of the owner's own uploaded videos and can be deleted at any time.
Sleepy Innkeeper Uploader is provided for the personal use of the channel owner only, "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is not sold, licensed or distributed to third parties, and no one other than the channel owner is permitted to use it. Use of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. These terms may be updated on this page; the date at the top shows the current version.
